RSI Cloud
Ricoh is pleased to relaunch the RSI suite of cloud scanning connectors. The relaunch simplifies the approach to the market and offers new competitive pricing.
What is different:
Name has changed: The suite of product will now just be called RSI (RICOH Smart Integration) and only 3 versions available RSI Connectors, RSI Control and RSI Control+. The old name Cuno-nect will no longer be used.
Simplified product offering: We have reduced the number of products offered from 6 down to 3. The new streamlined portfolio makes it easier to understand the positioning and feature set.
The 3 new offerings are:
RSI Connectors (All thing scanning)
A suite of 10 cloud scanning connectors allow users to scan directly from the MFD to popular cloud storage platforms such as Sharepoint, One Drive, OneDrive for Business, Google Drive, DropBox, Box, Sharefile, Docuware, Nintex and Kintone also available is scan to email .
Some of the key features of RSI Connectors are:
- Document conversion to Word, XLS , PDF, PDF/A, Encrypted PDF and Text
- Folder browsing
- Printing documents from the cloud location directly at the MFD screen
- File naming from the MFD
- Changing scan setting from the MFD
- Barcode Scanning
- Zonal OCR
RSI Control (Pull Printing for SME’s)
The RSI Control application provides “Cloud Follow You Printing” at an affordable price for the SME market . The one print driver allows you to print from any location to your connected MFD. Print from the office , your home or local café.
RSI Control +
The RSI Suite of applications is ideal for the SME market it provides full cloud scanning to Office 365 applications and easy follow you printing from any location to increase document security and provide a simple and scalable print environment.
Target use cases
OCR Document conversation : Ideal add on for all SME sales offering OCR document conversation. RSI can be set up to scan to email and convert hardcopy to Word, XLS, SPDF and more. No user account setup required simple to install on the MFD and no on site infrastructure required.
Scan to Office 365 – OneDrive , Sharepoint : Simple add-on for customers wanting to scan document directly to their O365 account. The scan workflow can be setup to use a proxy user not requiring any authentication at the device or they can authenticate using their account with card or PIN.
Low cost Secure Release Follow You printing : Entry level price with business grade features , ideal for the smaller customers wanting follow you printing or customers with remote sites.

- Unprinted jobs will automatically be deleted
